1. Platform Usage and Account

By using Events121, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your events and organization
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding event organization
  • Respect attendee privacy and data protection requirements
  • Use the platform only for legitimate event management purposes

2. Pricing and Payments

Our transparent pricing model:

  • Free events: No charges whatsoever
  • Paid events: £0.6 per ticket sold plus Stripe fees
  • No setup fees or monthly subscriptions
  • Payments processed securely through Stripe

3. Event Management Responsibilities

As an event organizer, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your events comply with local laws and regulations
  • Providing accurate event information and timely updates
  • Managing attendee communications and expectations
  • Handling refunds according to your stated policies

4. Data Import and Integration

When importing events from EventBrite or other platforms:

  • You must have proper authorization to import attendee data
  • Attendee privacy must be respected during networking features
  • You remain responsible for data protection compliance
  • Events121 facilitates but doesn't control external integrations

5. Platform Limitations

Events121 is not liable for:

  • Event cancellations or changes made by organizers
  • Disputes between organizers and attendees
  • Technical issues with external platforms like EventBrite
  • Outcomes of networking connections between attendees

6. Warranties and Liability

Please note that:

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service
  • Users are responsible for their own safety and decisions

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate accounts for violations of these terms
  • Modify these terms with reasonable notice
  • Discontinue products or services with appropriate notice
